초록(영문)
Japanese style tombs in Gaya territories nearby Goseong, Sacheon, and Uiryeong have factors of stone chamber tomb with corridor like location, plane shape and entrance in Kyushu of Japan. It means that people from Kyushu have settled in the process of cultural interchange between south parts of Korean peninsula and Japan, especially for advanced civilization of Baekje and Silla. After invasion of Koguryeo, Gojaguk(古自國) had grown as a central force of interchange in south parts of Gaya among the ancient societies including Baekje, Silla, Daegaya, Wa. It could provide opportunities of importation of artifacts from Baekje, Silla, Daegaya to Sogaya. Especially Daepyeong-ri site, Ungok-ri tombs, etc are significant examples of activities of Japanese people around Posanpalguk(浦上八國) at Ahnraguk(安羅國) related to role of intermediary between Japan and Gaya or Silla. The existence of Japanese style tombs could help to understand role of Japanese people around sixth century, but it also has limitations for investigating their activities with the interpretation of historical facts.
