In the 6th century, according to King Ga-Sil's direction, for the purpose of standardization in Gaya's Song, Woo-Reok composed 12 music which was made of 9 minor country's name and 3 dance music. But the real aim of the Woo-Reok's 12 music's composing was creation of a sense of unity in Gaya which was faced from the outside plunder. In 540's, Woo-Reok, the best musician in Gaya and a member of pro-Silla group, took refuge in Silla. King jin-Heong of Silla installed him in Cook-Won area, the bridgehead in northward advance. The Silla country's ceremonial music originated in Gaya's. In spite of Silla's traditional music, the named Hyang-Ak, was in existence, Gaya s music was a superior than Silla's. When Queen jin-Deok was on the throne, Silla country's ceremonial music accomplished. But, King Jin-Heong' s reign period, that was referred to emphasize important divide in the history of Silla country's ceremonial music.
