After establish the Hangunhyun in B.C 108, Southeast of Korean peninsula can grow by geographical advantage which connects Hangunhyun and Wae and through export of iron centering around SacheonㆍNeukdo Area, BusanㆍGimhae Area. From B.C 1st SacheonㆍNeukdo Area grows as center of foreign trade and have golden age through so-called ?Neukdo Trade?. From early A.D 2nd, ?Gimhae Trade? Then, it grows through producing iron in earnest. From B.C 2nd relics of Han On the other hand, relics of Wae increases and intensively excavated in Garakguk. Moreover, Waegukdaeran occurs in early 2nd century in the Japanese Islands, This shows possibility of new exchange and negotiation of Wae, and Garakguk which grown by producing of iron stables negotiation with Yamadaeyeonhap Garakguk ask for aid to Shilla since it cannot stand against alone to 1st Palguk allied forces centered on Araguk and as a result, Posangpalguk lose. Therefore, 3 years later Samguk start a 2nd war and invade Galhwaseong which was a strategic location of Shilla at then through the sea. however allied forces lose.
